As long as you are OK with the possibility of having to take the site down at some point, it may be a calculated risk worth taking! I manage a separate site (Non-BANS) that specializes in Victoria Secret products. They specifically forbid the site owner from using any reference to them ANYWHERE in their website or marketing. I have a few myself that contain product specific terms... I have had no issues or letters at this point, and its been more than 10 years! Mark @ Julian -
