I would have to concur with your thought. We have several domains that we are patiently awaiting someone to come along and tell us they have the trademark to the name.

That being said... I have other product specific domains that have been thriving for several years with no issues at all.

I guess it just depends on the size of the company and their desire to shut out all forms of advertising accept their own.

Good question that always comes up in the DNForum.

		<description>This is a great resource and makes for some very interesting tips.  Just one thing, is it ok to put a famous/trade name in a website? I was always under the impression that you could be "chased" for doing that and then sued. What are your thoughts?</description>
